Should I wait to ttc till next cycle?? Need help asap (possible attempt tomorrow)
Hi ladies,
I usually get a fade-in pattern on my OPK's, and I got my first almost positive today (this will be my first pp af...ds3 is 12 months). So, 99% sure it will be positive tomorrow. Here's my dilemma...I've only been on the LE diet 8 weeks. Also, when I think about having a baby this soon after ds3, I worry about handling it well...if ds3 and future dd (thinking positive here ) are closer to 2 years apart, I know that will be easier on me (or at least I think it will).
I am 36, thus my initial thoughts I should TTC right away, as soon as I got my first O. Now I'm questioning the timing! Should I give myself longer on the diet to increase chances for pink, and lengthen spacing between ds3 and next baby? Or should I just go all out with hot baths, zyrtec for me and Sudafed for dh, sylk, missionary, no female O, and j&d? Then, if I did get pg, I would have done a lot of other non-diet things to sway?
Another issue: I have PCOS, so very irregular cycles. While TTC DS3, they got as "regular" as they've ever been...6-8 weeks apart. I have a feeling that the regularity/length of my cycles may improve on LE diet, because I have really been watching my sugar intake. BUT, the only thing I can do is look at history, which says it may be awhile to next attempt.
Thoughts/advice?

8 weeks on the diet is plenty of time. If you do it longer and loosen up more and more that's worse if you ask me.
Cycle#1 Jan/Feb 2013: 10 eggs retrieved, 8 mature, 8 fertilized. 1 expanded blast frozen to batch.
Cycle #2 May/June 2013: 17 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fertilized, 3 blasts frozen. Sending all 4 to Natera: 2 normals- 1 girl (cycle 2) & 1 boy (cycle 1)
Cycle #3 September 2013: 11 eggs retrieved, 8 mature, 8 fertilized. 4 biopsied. 2 normal boys
FET #1: October 25th: BFN
Cycle#4: Feb/March 2014: 12 eggs retrieved, 11 mature, 10 fertilized. 1 normal XX! Transfer March 3rd. BFP: 3/9/14!!!! Beta: 7dp6dt:38, 9dp6dt:139!, 6weeks 1 day: heartbeat!!!
She's here and I'm in love

I say "go for it"!!! Are you going with one attempt? I think that irregular cycles make it more challenging as it stands, so getting in an attempt is good thinking....and as for family spacing, you are going to have an amazing family when this new baby shows on up!!!
