Lime or vinegar douche or tampon?

Is anyone incorporating this into their sways anymore? I'd like to try either the lime or vinegar douche and/or tampon for ph but I'm not quite sure how to use it or if its even effective?

I personally do not recommend it because the mixing and measuring and stress can cause your pH to go up. Also a potential source of infection and will really cut odds of conception. If you do want to include it, I recommend a storebought vinegar and water douche 4-6 hours before attempt, and nothign after.

You can't use douche with Rephresh, it will cause pH to rise.

Thanks! I picked up a store bought vinegar douche but noticed sodium is one of the main ingredients should I buy a different brand? I bought the extra cleansing vinegar and water....what do you think about adding a couple drops of lime to it?

the sodium stuff in there is just a small amount for a preservative. I don't believe it sways in any way anyway.

Why would you add lime to it? It already has the vinegar. The reason why we use the storebought douche is to avoid the potential contamination and also to reduce stress, and if you're going to go that route then you may as well mix up a lime douche yourself.
