Hi ladies - anyone got advice on how to cope in Cafe Rouge on a girl sway?!? It's a special day, so that is definitely where we're going but I'm going to be very tempted to throw the diet over for one evening and I think that may be a Bad Choice.
Any ideas?

Hi there,
I'm a Brit in Spain and am finding it hard sourcing stuff so am reading this thread and drawing parallels here / running to the GB store! Thanks for starting it.
I notice a few of you are eating toms in sauces / soups but seem to remember reading that toms were a no no for girl sways. Have any of you seen that or is it from a different diet? I ask because it would be a great low -cal -fat thing for me to add to the diet (which I am finding hard and am basically not eating enough at all). Thanks!

Are you doing the LE diet? I recorded my daily menus the month before my BFP here:

This thread is good! I just started my diet last week too. Finding skipping breakfast ok, but trying not to eat from 1-8pm is hard! I've been having some Rachel's yoghurt (sainsburys) or strawberries with canderel or rice cakes with lowfat dairylea on. I just hope thats ok!?!
