So far today I had
11am decaf coffee with coffeemate French vanilla creamer
1230pm 2 mini plain Thomas bagels with schmear of reduced fat strawberry cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of Betty cricker frosting (for omega 6 fat as atomic recommends more omega 6 and noticed this contains it)
I'm hoping I could hold out until dinner tonight with eating nothing else bc I have a pot roast cooking in my crockpot right now. I know its not girk friendly food but I had to use the meat bc its been in my freezer for a while and its a snowy day here. I don't plan on eating much of it...at least not the meat part but I am looking forward to some yummy carrots and potato after them cooking for 9 hours! So I assume this will make up the difference for the rest of my day with the diet. I may have to sneak in some ritz crackers in the meantime though. They are low in calories and fat and do contain omega 6 also.2011 - Matthew (who is the light of my life) in 2013 for delivery some time in 2014
Came to this website in September 2013 hoping to sway for a girl as we have none on either side of our families (6 boys total). Diagnosed in January 2014 elevated FSH level and extremely low AFC count. Praying and hoping God blesses me with one more healthy child whether it be another boy or a girl. Praying my RE can help me to achieve my dream of giving my son a sibling some time soon.
