    Muscle Pain

I have been having an odd feeling in my arm... nothing major and recent vita/miner blood work shows I at minium but still in the safe zone and very high on the girl supps (calcium).

The pain feels like I have been lifting weights for a week straight. They are sore, throbbing, tingly, and almost feel like my body is attacking them. I have avoided lifting, unless it is one of my boys.

Anyone else getting this? Is this how the girl moms feel?

No, I never experienced anything like this while swaying or losing weight (which I have done on several occasions.)

Take it easy and feel free to eat a bit more if you like.

Low potassium can cause muscle twitches, try drinking a coconut water or eating a banana and see if that helps. I promise it won't hurt your sway.

Dr thinks it is the lack of protein... my protein levels were 1/10 of what they were in the beginning. Nothing to worry about health wise but I hope it is a good sign that the girl diet will work.

My muscles have started hurting everywhere this week. Especially my legs. I have been running for months not sure why now other than cutting back on protein even more before this months attempt.

You're not giving your body quite enough to repair itself quickly, so you're achier than usual for longer after you exercise. That's what you want to happen, because then your muscle mass will shrink a bit and your T will go down.

I guess that is good news. I just hope the effort is soon enough to sway pink.
