eggs are good to help you ovulate! dont have more than 4 eggs a week and you will be fine and twix bars (and all other chocolate) is great girl sway food IMO - the beef not so much, but you came within totals so its all good

Eggs are allowed occasionally! It's all good. And we're not supposed to be eating real nutritiously so the twice bar is fine too. 😊

Had a 'day off' from LE today! Have no idea what amount of anything I consumed but stuff it!
I had:
10am large flat white
12pm had a family lunch at DS5s preschool so picked at pigs in blankets, mini quiches, a honey joy, some oat slice, savoury pulleys and pumpkin soup.
6pm chicken stroganoff and rice. The chicken was actually hard to stomach!Mum of 9 boys & my stillborn angel daughter, Shaylah Anne 20/02/2015

it wasnt pure beef, just a frozen beef grill kinda thing.
can i just ask,am i right in thinking that it doesnt matter about skipping breakfast,as long as you get the 14-16 hours with out food?
i had my last meal at around 7.00-7.30 ;ast night so does that mean the earliest i can have my late breakfast is around 10-10.30am?
i really cant skip brekkie, not gonna have another fried egg though, just having teo crumpets with jam today

I am sooooo annoyed at myself, today I took fruit to work to avoid snacking on chocolate in the arvo & keep cals lower. So what did I do? I FORGOT I had fruit & ended up downing a fruit scone & a chocolate bar!!! 😡

I keep discovering more and more tasty low fat bits from Morrisons NuMe range for any UK ladies. Had a mini crustless quiche for lunch today with 249 cals, 11g fat and 14g protein, so pretty good for that kind of cheeky lunch. And it was yummy! I'm having veggie fajitas tonight using Weight Watchers wraps so will still be under my totals

First the boys were sick and then DH and I got sick. I haven't eaten anything besides sips of sprite, a few nibbles of crackers and the like and a few ginger cookies since Monday. Although I am finally starting to feel better thankfully.
My mom arrived for her visit so I am sure my overall calories will increase. Especially when we go on vacation next week. It sounds bad but I wouldn't mind getting a stomach bug again in about a month before we TTC LOL. Good way to eat nothing! Although I don't need to feel that miserable again for a good long while.Enjoying life with my crazy little DS1 2010: and DS2 2012:

So I was naughty and had a croissant and coffee at 11am, big (but LE friendly) lunch, will likely have yoghurt and fruit mid afternoon and have a massive mushroom open ravioli and garlic bread tonight!

Thank you. I just downloaded myfitnesspal. I hope soon will get the personalised plan from Atomic as well.
I read what you all write and it seems you are cheating like every day...
How often is good to "cheat" on meals?
I'm able to skip breakfast as I dont really like eating in the morning, I usually go to gym..when I return I'm starving and I'd eat the whole fridge ))
Instead, I looooove chocolate! My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍

Hello everyone. I am new here but not new to swaying. I have 3 boys who are 7, 5 and 18 months old. I did not sway with my first two as I knew nothing about swaying and I wanted them to be boys...
Praying for a baby girl after 3...
