Frequency question!

We did abstain last month. Worried with the LR its killing off all hubbys swimmers (hes almost 34) its only our 2nd month ttc though

BUT hes interesed in CFR thinks it could be better. What do you think?

I am desperate to get preg now but still want to be in with my best girl shot. So whats best for him? I am cd8 today and so far hes abstained. I could ov around cd14 x

I'm beginning to wonder if frequency sways at all. The theory is that it lowers sperm count, but if you do FR that could raise testosterone (sway blue), and abstaining may increase semen (not sperm) and that higher amounts if semen after an abstain may increase ph and sway boy. So I'm hoping atomic will chime in. We do know one attempt is getting great results, so I like the idea of bd every 4 days to get one attempt in the fertile window without the possible boy sway issues above. My hubby got me pg on FR with antihistamines and rephresh and jump and dump, so I think for us fertile myrtles CFR with one attempt is the way to go. But with LR and age maybe you're better off bd every 4 days instead??? Sorry I'm not more help!!

CFR is VERY difficult for men to do when on Licorice root.

WHY is he abstaining that long?? He shoudln't abstain any longer than 7-10 days anyway. He shouldn't be abstaining from CD 1 thru attempt, that is not fair to him and will make your odds of conception lower anyway.

One of my main rules of swaying is, "if daddy ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" and if he's miserable with abstain, switch to something else. Doesn't ahve to be CFR, could be regular FR, hurry up FR, or even reg. release with one attempt.
