    Probiotic Plus and Cranberry (Help: Atomic Sagebrush)

    Yesterday I was at the store looking at all the stuff I had read about on here and came across VH Essentials Probiotic Plus & Cranberry. It was next to the rePhresh and replens products. I bought some and I am wondering how I should take it?? Do I take it until O and then stop?

    Please don't use the probiotics, we got terrible results with them and now use them only for blue sways. Save them because they're great for UTI's and yeast infections, just not now while youre swaying.
