Breakfast?
I have PCOS. I'm planning a girl sway. I can't imagine not having brekkie (feel sick in the mornings anyway) any suggestions on what I could eat which would still sway pink? Thanks

I think the idea is to keep blood sugar low.
So maybe try a small breakfast without carbs. Eg plain yoghurt, eggs or just a glass of milk!Sorry for my bad English! - I am from Austria!!

2 egg whites are full of protein and will keep you feeling fuller longer. Dairy has carbs (granted much fewer carbs than say a piece of bread) so I'd stay away from that. Carbs make your blood sugar spike and then crash, leaving you hungrier than you were before, so something that's mpstly protein like egg whites is better.
There is no hard and fast rule that you have to skip breakfast. The idea is that you are going for many hours without eating. You could eat breakfast and a late lunch and skip dinner instead.2010 2012 2015--home water birth VBA2C!!praying for one last

You can still eat 3 times a day if needed as long as you don't have snacks in between. If you can't skip or postpone breakfast then I would eat dinner super early at like 5pm. That's when I eat dinner every day! You want at least 12 hours between first and last meal.

IT's just one tactic that may help a bit, if it's not right for you then drop it.
With PCOS I would have you eat PURE protein such as egg whites or cheese.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
