Regarding when to try, you should pick a time that is the most convenient for you and your family's needs and TTC then. I hate to see people worrying too much over picking the proper month because it never works out and it's just more to stress/obsess over.

Thank you AS, much appreciated. I know what you mean by trying to control a lot of details, I do tend to be OCD.
I think I will see how we feel once the new baby arrives and gage then how soon is good enough for us... and try to "forget the perfect plan"
My only concern is not to "wait" for long before TTC, as I am already 36.
I should definitely include Yoga in my sway and activities that will help me relax, breathe and let go...
