protein
Is it okay to add some chicken into my diet if I am having a super hard time getting my protein? I have been having a hard time even getting half of the requirement (granted I am using MFP....so maybe it isn't totally accurate) but I have been mostly eating veggies with a little bit of flavor on them for meals (pizza sauce, tomato sauce, hummus, or t sauce with a wedge or two of soft cheese (laughing cow, usually). I am not a huge meat eater in general. Am I going to crash things if I don't go completely veg?

I asked a question about not getting enough protein and Atomic said I could add a little chicken, but understood if I didn't want to. So I'm thinking you'd probably be ok with some chicken. I think I also read that bacon was an acceptable cheat too (gosh, I hope so, because I've indulged in some bacon and some...gasp...sausage).
I think as long as you stay within your limits, you'll be fine. The only one I'm really trying to stay away from is red meat (and I had a hamburger tonight...first red meat I've had in 2 months...yummy!).

You can ad like 2 pieces of chicken at the size of a nugget.
Or you Could ad An egg?
