Coffee! Yea or nay?
Coffee/caffine seems to be somewhat of a toss up with pink swayers. I've always been a coffee drinker (I like it STRONG!) but when TTC DS I gave it up completely. Once he was born I took it up again.
What are you doing? Coffee, or no? What results have we been seeing for pink?
I usually have a couple cups of strong coffee with a splash of whole milk and maybe whip cream. I'm thinking of not cutting it out in the spirit of doing the opposite of what I was doing for TTC DS. Maybe start taking it black. WDYT?DS - 2012

It seems from the stats that caffeine either doesn't sway or might even sway pink. I freaking love coffee and have a glass every day, I'm currently swaying pink - no clue if it's going to work yet but I doubt if I have another DS it's because of coffee.

I havent changed my coffee habits. I have a cup in the morning before gym. If anything I probably drink less coffee than when DS was conceived but thats because I am having less overall. When DS was conceived I had pre- and post- workout coffees and now I just have the pre-workout coffee! This is something that for me I am not fussing over, I am having coffee whenever I fancy.

I never drank coffee until before the summer I ttced for DD....I started cold brewing coffee and making iced coffees by mixing that concentrate with unsweetened almond milk...the best!!! In fact, I have a glass mixed up right beside me now!!!

After being told at 18 weeks, the prayed and swayed for "lady"bug is in my belly. Our Christmas gift comes with some health challenges, but I know that we are strong family and will celebrate her!

I drank 2-3 strong cups a day with artificial sweetener and a little whole milk. I think atomic's right. Excessive caffeine (which 3 cups is!) is probably a pink sway.

the idea that coffee sways blue has been 100% totally debunked. The reason why the French Diet people claimed caff. swayed blue has been absolutely and completely disproven. The best study we have ever done on diet shows that caffeine use is neutral, and our results show that higher caff may even sway pink.
I got my daughter drinking a ton of caffeine!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

So glad to read your response atomic cause if coffee was off limits, I so wouldn't be swaying! 😉 Happy to cut out meat, healthy fats, snacking and more but NOT my morning coffee! 😊

On board with all of you! I'm drinking more coffee than I think I ever have in my life. At least 3 cups a day, sometimes 5! I use fat-free creamer in mine-so yum I don't know if I'll ever switch back to milk. Lol! I agree that it makes skimping in other areas easier. But for me it's just a must to get through the day with 2 little ones, a teenager, and a new CEO job now. (Yeah, no stress in my life...ha! Thinking Mary, thinking Mary...)
