hair skin and nail supplements... do I need to drop these?

My dermatologist put me on these. Can you look at the ingredients to see if there are no-nos, or too much nutrition for my girl sway?

If I do need to drop them, how long should I do so prior to TTC?
    Thanks! !

They do look very blue friendly to me. I'd stop them for 8-12 weeks before TTC. I'm not an expert though I must say. Good luck with your sway . When you planning on TTC?
    Very blessed with

    Due 24th March 2016

Thank you! I am debating if I want to start in July (two months on the Spirolactone, and gives me another month to ramp up on things), but DH and I initially discussed August. I guess we'll play it by ear! I am bummed to quit those supplements because my nails are SO strong and my hair is growing like mad.
What about you, Covered in Blue? When are you planning on trying for #4?

Definitely boy friendly. My hair grows VERY slowly and I hated dropping my hair vitamins, too.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Thank you! I have been taking them for less than a month, so I am not too worried. I have two full (33 day) cycles to go anyways (we are planning to try in August)!
