Hurry up compressed frequent release
Hi all,
Was wondering if a hot shower would be a bad idea if doing 1 attempt at +opk and benadryl for dh and I, and hurry up frequent release (hubby last released outside on Monday morning so I will have him release again outside on Wednesday evening and use the 2nd batch within 6 hours for insemination.)
Does this sound like a good plan or should we forego anything? Would it be better to just bd and not do the hurry up frequent release although he only released 2 days prior (boy frequency)?
Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about frequency swaying in any way. My DH and I did crazy FR and still got a boy. One attempt is so much better than frequency. In order o avoid stress I would just not worry at all about frequency leaching up to your attempt, and use a second batch for your attempt. Have DH release outside and as soon as he can go again use that second batch. (As long as it's within 6 hours) that, coupled with a hot bath and Zyrtec (will dry you out without making your drowsy like Benadryl ) but benadryl will work too, that should give you a good chance at a girl.

If that's all you're doing, then "bring the heat" LOL.
