Thanks, Ladies. I cheated...and it was SO GOOD LoL But, instead of chowing down on a whole plate full, I got my DS some ribs, brisket and sausage and just wrapped a few pieces up in a tortilla and ate it. Totally satisfied the craving, but I didn't go nuts on the protein part. (and I only feel a tad bit guilty)

I ate half a rack of ribs about 5 weeks before my attempt, with cake and lots of other cheats the entire weekend. I got really strict again as soon as I got home, with a couple of lesser cheats closer to the first attempt. You can see from my siggie that it didn't matter

Yes it's fine! even better if you do it in the way you did - find a compromise way to have what you want without going hog wild (so to speak)
