    Question Magnesium, good or bad?

    Hi!

I've tried to find some information about magnesium supplements + ttc girl.
I take a daily dose of mag supps (300mg), -should i continue or stop?
IG is recommending mag supps but I haven't read any recommendation on GD? Are magnesium alkaline?

I would wean off them unless you need them for some sort of health issue.

It has nothing to do with pH, it's just that we believe that nutrients tend to sway blue and unless you're also taking the calcium, the magnesium couldn't possibly sway anyway. Teh only reason why IG recommends magnesium is because it's supposed to help calcium work better. If you're not taking calcium, there is no purpose to taking magnesium for swaying.
