Sweets and chocolate during LE diet

Is it okay to have sweets, cakes, chocolate ..... in the LE diet (as long as I am within my calories)?
I think it should be okay since it is low in nutritiens?? Maybe I just have to watch fat intake..

I am in the 2 ww and I am craving for sweets!!!! Maybe this is a bad sign, because serotonin drops
Does serotonin actually drop after a fertilization as well? Does anybody know!??
Sorry for my bad English! - I am from Austria!!

As long as fat (especially saturated fat) and cals are within limits, go for it. I would limit dark chocolate or things with high cocoa content, though, as dark chocis so rich in nutrients that may sway blue.

I think low fat junky sweets sway pink quite strongly, personally.

It is elevated progesterone levels after O that likely have you craving sweets.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I have been eating cakes, sweets and biscuits just ensuring I stick within daily limits. I have them as a third meal at supper time as I'm usually trying to get enough calories!

Sweets are definitely great for pink if they are within fat and calorie limits. If you suspect you might have pcos or you have weight to lose, I'd cut back but otherwise they are a perfect source of empty calories.

yes fine, i'd choose lower nutrient options

It's normal to crave sweets in 2WW. Don't worry about serotonin or any such thing. it's normal when you make a lot of progesterone in teh 2ww
