    Messed up sway??

I have a question and I hope it's okay to post here! I didn't know where else to post it, anyway my DH and I were doing FR from cd 5-cd 11, we weren't to release on cd 12 and not its cd 13! Should I skip this month? I should ovulate on cd 16. If I start compressed frequent release am I already in boy territory since we missed a day and the sperm got a chance to recover? I'm confused about about CFR.

None of the frequency patterns have really seemed to help and if you missed just just one day, I would just resume with straight FR. Esp. given that O prob. won't happen for a few days!
