    Some advice please

Could someone give me some advice about my diet/exercise and when to start ttc?

I started eating vegetarian on the 1st of november. I started doing the LE diet and exercise about 2 or 3 weeks ago, but found out that I had to much fat on some days. In the last month I had an average of 48g fat per day. Is that to much? I ate about 1700 calories each day.
My BMI is 18,9 so I don't have much weight to lose. If my BMI is to low, I'll probably stop ovulating. I also think I didn't do cardio often enough. I think I exercised on 4 days of the week.

What would you do? Be more strict with the diet and exercise and start ttc by the end of january (which is when I expect to ovulate in january) or have 1 month of diet and exercise extra and start at the end of february?

No, you can have up to 60 g fat a day on LE Diet.

I would have you up cals to stop your weight loss since you do not have much to lose and continue your exercise at present level. Hopefullty your weight loss will stabilize.

Agree with atomic - up overall cals but I personally would keep an eye on fat and keep it under 50g. Adding empty carbs, especially soda, works really well for many if us naturally slender gals to prevent weight loss.

I would wait until end of Feb to start TTC as longer on the diet (up to 12w) is better. Less than 8w is not nearly as strong a sway, and 12w is ideal. But it depends how badly you want a girl vs getting pregnant sooner regardless of gender.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
