Oh sorry I only just now saw this...I have really really looked into this at length and I believe coffee to be beneficial for all pink swayers.
It's quite complicated but the idea that caffeine raises blood sugar is actually probably not the case (it may for a short time but then over the course of time it has a beneficial effect, unfortunately originally they only studied it for the short term effects and not the long term) This is why coffee may help prevent type 2 diabetes and fatty liver.

Please read above reply regarding caffeine.
It takes me about 7-10 days to do the plans and then my helper posts them which can sometimes take another day or two. So maybe as long as 12 days under worst case, but usually more like a week.

Oh sorry jensy, this one sneaked past me. I don't have enough info to know how this sways. On paper, I can see how it might possibly sway pink since it lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, but it is not something I can honestly say "yeah I've seen X number of people take this and get girls". Sorry I wish I could give you more info.

Hi ladies, can I join you?
I'm just starting out on the PCOS diet. I've been doing LE for 9 months and Atomic has advised me to give PCOS diet a go so here I am!
I don't know very much yet so will read through the whole thread and then will probably have a hundred questions!
To start things off, what do you guys choose in a restaurant? I've got a few occasions coming up and don't know where to start? Need to erase LE and start thinking PCOS style!

Hi Glittermouse,
I am also new to this but I think you can get a big salad as main course in a restaurant, or even grilled fish if you have the option

I recommend fish or shellfish on occasions when you need to eat out. Salads are also great. Stirfry or curry and then go easy on the rice. What I'd not do is something super carby such as pasta. While that could be a good choice on standard LE, you are trying to still follow a pink sway diet without going overboard on the carbs, and pasta servings in restaurants are often massive.
One thing to consider is the "halfsies" rule where you order something (even if a bit of a cheat) and then only eat half of it, and take the rest home in a doggie bag to eat at a later time.

Thanks for your reply Atomic. I've taken to downloading restaurant menus and choosing in advance. I used to be the last to choose and now I'm wowing my friends and family with my super efficiency

The nice thing is about eating in a restaurant, even something relatively spartan can feel like quite a treat so you may find it easier than you think it will be keeping even within limits on diet while dining out.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
