Progreso canned lite soups, baked potatoes. Enjoy the black bean crunchy tacos every now and then. I usually daily have a smoothie made from the coconut water, whole fat yogurt, a banana and about four strawberries. Then I love unsalted sunflower seeds so usually eat those lunch and dinner.

Then have carrots and hummus almost daily and really enjoy treating myself to a graham cracker with peanut butter about three times a week.

My go to foods are wholemeal pitta breads. I usually put in them roasted veg with sour cream, chopped salad with cheese and mayonnaise, or falafel with salad, sour cream and salsa. I find them really filling too.

Today I'm having a wholemeal salad sandwich for lunch. Dinner will be wholegrain rice with roast veg. I roast red onions, peppers, mushrooms and courgette with a little garlic. When it's done I pop it on the hob and add a tin of chopped tomatoes, a small tin of chickpeas, chilli, smoked paprika and any herbs I fancy. Heat through for a short while, then add it to my rice.

It's one of Atomic's recipes! Really yummy!
1 Matzo (I have Yehuda Brand - I bought several boxes after Passover to save $$) (125 calorie 0 fat 3 g pro 0 sodium)
1/4 c. store bought pasta or pizza sauce (if you can find lowfat/low sodium, use it!!) (55 calorie, 2.5 g fat, 2 g pro, 310 mg sod 200 mg pot)
1/2 oz. (or less) sprinkling of shredded mozzarella (you can use Swiss, but you really need very little cheese so why not splurge on the mozz??)
(40 calorie, 3 g fat, 3.5 g pro, 100 mg sod)
1/4 c fresh vegetables that YOU like, cut into bite size (peppers, zucchini, mushroom, fresh tomato, spinach...if you've never tried fresh broccoli on pizza, you might like it)

Hi I'm also trying the pcos diet, I tried swaying before, then went hi tech with no luck & im now back swaying again. Waisted a lot of years and money & still no baby at the end of it all.
It's nice to read what others are eating & get ideas from them, I seem to eat the same things every day
Wholemeal bread with vegetable, minestrone or carrot soup, white or brown rice with peppers onions other veg, wholemeal tortilla wraps with salad, cheese, mayo. Cheese salad sandwiches. I eat fruit & yogurt with my meals to keep me full. I don't think I'm great at this diet but I'm trying my best. I seem to always be at the upper end of calories.
Frilly lady I see you are from the uk & would be using the same supermarkets as me, I hope you don't mind me asking but what kind of bread, pittas are you using I use kingsmill wholemeal & hope it's the right kind. I also wondered can kingsmill 50/50 bread be used on this diet?
Does anyone have any nice treats or cheats they use on this diet?
I'm looking forward to reading all the new food ideas & trying some of them,
