Diet is going okay -
Been living off mushrooms, egg and spinach for breakfast, no lunch and tacos for dinner with a lot of wine!
Yesterday was the same for breakfast, corn chips for lunch and then pizza for dinner with more wine!
Mommy2apples - cheesey potato soup sounds good!

Hi English Dame I just read some of the thread about fizzy drinks. I am just using them in moderation, I mostly drink coffee with milk to keep me going. I think they are fine in moderation.
I'm trying my best to be relaxed about my sway & not worry about every single thing I eat but it's hard I'm usually easy going about most things not I suppose I want this so badly it gets to me at times.
Baby bells do you make your own pizza base or just buy ready made ones?
Yesterday I had 3 coffees with a bit of milk
Lunch was whole meal toast with Jam, an apple, pear & grapes.
I had some more coffee & Diet Coke to keep me going all day.
Dinner was veg soup 3 slices of whole meal bread, some grapes.
I'm surprised I did ok yesterday because I was hungary all day but just tried to keep busy.
No wine last night.

Pink Rose a lot of what you say resonates with me I feel like I want it for other people almost as much as I want it for myself because i know we're all in the same boat here.
How many calories do you eat a day? Do you count them?
Ps pitta bread makes a good pizza base if you fancy some

English Dame I'm always at the upper end of calories near 1800 most days this scares me because I ate much lower calories when I conceived my boys but I suppose I was eating different foods then. I need to eat quite big meals because I'm starving by the time in ready to eat & I need to feel full to keep me going.
I was always a healthy eater but I used to eat granary bread, lots of cereals, fruit juices, low fat dairy, eggs, I never ate lot of protein so I'm hoping the changes I've made are enough to away pink. I also drank tea all day long & never drank alcohol I now drink coffee & wine most nights.
I track sometimes but I kinda know now on average what I'm eating as it's the same few things. I keep thinking I'm going to track my foods every day but I end up not because i don't want to get obsessed over it all.

Fizzy drinks are fine.
2-3 servings of aspartame drinks are fine.
Gallons of Crystal Light a day are not fine and may even make opposites.

Thanks Atomic, I think I had just remembered it in my head in terms of fizzy drinks as that is the only way I take in aspartame (that I can think of) thanks very much for clarifying

Rosepink - the pizza was from the local pizza shop. Given it was Mothers Day a cheat day was in order. I would have gone over allowed calories for the day just with all the wine I drank anyway!

Well everyone deserves pizza & wine on Mother's Day! hope you had a nice day.
Yesterday I had coffe with milk throughout the morning
Lunch was whole meal toast with a small bit of butter, grapes, apples & raspberries with some yogurt.
Dinner I had carrot & coriander soup with whole meal bread, some wine with dinner & I had some more grapes & raspberries after dinner.
Although that doesn't look much I had 1650 calories yesterday!

Today for lunch I had two slices of toast with a little butter. For dinner I had two matzo pizzas with shop bought sauce, mushrooms and grated mozzarella. Then afterwards I had half a matzo with peanut butter. Still loosing weight so I'm upping my fat which really worries me, but my calls are always under. What sort of numbers is everyone aiming for?
