    Breastfeeding hunger!!

I'm bf my lo and the bottomless pit of a stomach I have is going to ruin my sway! I've even been to a buffet and only stopped eating because everyone else at the table was finished. I'm still losing weight aswell!

Has anyone done the le diet while bf and had this same problem? If so... How did u madage? Any advice would be much appreciated!

I am BF too, and not sure how the LE diet is supposed to work with it. I'm nervous if I eat too little I'll lose my milk. I've started skipping breakfast and am slowly going vegan. All I have to cut out is my once a day chicken or turkey. I'm curious what other swayers have done too .

Yes, it happens and over time I was slowly able to adjust to the lower food intake. Don't jump into the deep end all at once, gradually ease into it and remember, you will ALWAYS be getting more food than someone who is not BF - 1800-2000 cals, 50-60 g protein, upper level of fat (50-60)

    Don't eat too little!

I would prob. not have you go vegan when breastfeeding. It depends on the age of your baby - if the baby is less than 12 months and is getting most nutrients via BM I would NOT go vegan.

It's so hard sometimes, then other times I feel like I'm doing great. I think for me I care more about my baby being fed than the sway so aslong as I can stay roughly within the limits of my sway plan and maybe have one cheat day a week to look forward to maybe that will be enough. Good luck with your sway!
