Mum4life - I have been avoiding Vegemite even though I love it. I don't know if I read somewhere or if I just made the assumption that it was high in vitamins so I avoid. I also avoid peanut butter because of the protein.

I would avoid vegemite since it is high in B vitamins.
Sweet and sour chicken can stay on the menu though. Yum!
Some pink swayers do eat breakfast. 3 meals a day is okay. I would try to eat breakfast as late as you can and dinner as early as possible, so you have at least 12 hours overnight without food. You might find with time you CAN skip breakfast, just by eating it 15-30 min later each day. Your body will likely adjust. Just do the best you can!
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Maidenmother you say to eat whole grains and avoid white/refined grains.
I was under the assumption that white rice is ok to eat.
Can someone please clarify since I eat lots of white rice.

Having trouble knowing what i can eat
My understanding is either white or brown rice is fine. The only difference would be if someone does not have insulin resistance or PCOS, white rice would be a better option because it is lower in nutrients. If someone has insulin resistance or PCOS, they would need to eat brown rice because it keeps glucose levels more stable. Lastly, if someone has been swaying for several months without a BFP or is suffering from infertility they could chose either white or brown rice. In this situation, there are two schools of thought to improve fertility- one being gluten free carbs with white rice being the best option, and the second being whole grains to boost fertility with brown rice being the best option.
HTH!

Cream cheese is fine, I'd advise lowfat for most pink swayers but for you regular is probably better. Jam/jelly and peanut or almond butter are okay, too, but if you go with those latter two I'd spread them lightly. (Non-PCOS swayers, I wouldn't advise nut butter consumption daily but now and then is fine.) Also thinly spread margarine is an option.
14 Hours overnight good!
