Horse riding and swaying for a girl???
Hi ladies,
I'm just in research mode atm and just wondering about my horse riding when I do eventually try to sway.
Should I stop all together or do more horse riding? Or even just stop for that mth when we TTC.
I'm not normally working up a sweat, just have the occasional stroll through the trails close by.
What are your thoughts??
Thanks so much.

Continue! Sounds lovely and relaxing.
Don't worry about if it's exercise or not. That's not the point, it's going to get you out of your head and not thinking about swaying for a while!

I was horse riding twice a week when DD was conceived. An arena jump class during the week and a cross country ride out at the weekend. Most of the time was posting trot & canter. I loved it, I was working up a sweat, relaxed and happy. I think I need to get back in the saddle
