Sorry to ask another question, is it okay if I am taking fiber far in advanced, most likely will try end of Septembe/beg october, as you know I need to lose my weight first. Just now thinking if I should wait closer to TTC or not?

AS long as you're not nursing you can take is as far in advance as you like, esp. with weight to spare.

Only use fiber before meals containing fat or fat soluble nutrients A, D, E, and K. These are present in meats, dairy, nuts, and darkly colored fruits and vegetables. If you aren’t eating any fat in your meal, you don’t need fiber with that meal. There is also no point in using fiber first thing in the morning or before bed if you aren’t even eating anything. Fiber is not a supplement in and of itself really, it’s meant to be used WITH foods. On its own all it does is make ya poop.
so for example, this would be good to take before a cheat (e.g. ice cream)?

Is fiber okay to take with levothyroxine or cytomel? I know it can affect absorption, but I wondered if taking it at different times would be ok or just to avoid it. I had a total thyroidectomy due to cancer so I definitely want to careful about my absorption!

You should take your meds an hour at least before you eat or drink anything just as a general rule. Double check with doc but thyroid patients can usually take fiber, just not with medicine

I was just wondering if it’s ok to take this supplement with PCOS given that we should be eating slightly more fat. I’m finding it way too easy to hit my fat goals so this sounds like it’d be a good thing but would it undo the good effects of upping fat for PCOS?

Yes and if anything it's MORE important. The point of including more fat on PCOS-type diet is not for your body's sake per se but because it's an easy way of cutting carbs without having to think about cutting carbs. You eat the same number of calories, but get more of those calories from protein and fat, less from carbs. So by default, without having to learn a whole new method of worrying about carbs (carbs are tougher to count than other things since you have to figure net carbs and do a math equation every time you want to add them in) you eat the right amount of carbs for controlling your PCOS and then you're also getting them from healthier sources. So yes you use the fiber.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
