Exercise, all and nothing?
Hi ladies. I am going to be taking a break from GD while I lead up to my next attempt as I feel I am on here too often and am concerned about my t levels but before I go I just have a couple of questions. Firstly I know with exercise it's all or nothing but I wanted to know if doing the 1 hour exercise 4-6 times a week from af to ov and then nothing during the 2WW is an option for people who would struggle to fit exercise in all month? Or would it be boy territory? Also do people do J&D and lube? Or usually one or the other? thanks.

Hi, I think it is important to continue with your sway during the 2ww. Including keeping up your exercise routine. I believe 4/5x per week is ok (this is what I did) With the Jump and dump and lube. If it's your first month trying and your not in too much of a hurry to get preggo then you could do both. Then these are the sorts of sway tactics that can be dropped if your not getting pregnant. But it's possible to get pregnant doing both j&d and lube (I did

Do it all month long or don't do it at all.
Some people do both J and D and lube, and others don't. the more you do, the harder it is to get pregnant.

Thanks ladies. I thought that might be the case but thought it was worth asking anyway :-) my next attempt is in two weeks, if I started exercise now would it still benefit me or have I left it too late?

What did you do? Did you run or walk or something else?

I also think the longer the better.
We are seeing good results even with just walking.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
