    What I am doing right/wrong?

    Okay, I am trying to learn more about swaying. Swaying for a girl.

    Here's a little about me: Can anyone say what I am doing well for swaying pink and what I am doing wrong and would need to change?

    -Losing weight, and probably a little underweight right now
    -Usually stressed
    -Drink 1 cup coffee w/cream & sugar every morning
    -Drink Dt Coke regularly
    -No exercise
    -Typically eat - yogurt, cheese, crackers, "healthy" cereals, chicken, pasta, beef, pizza, salads, apples, ice-cream, frozen veggies, granola bars
    -Taking prenatal vitamin

    I'd appreciate any feedback as I continue learning more!

    If you were me.....I would get rid of the prenatals and take folic acid only.
    No more crackers(too much salt depending on the brand) and cut way back on dairy. No more healthy cereals, beef or granola bars. I would start to track protein amounts through the day, and possibly sodium levels. If you're losing weight I would say your calories are low enough. Not sure about the stress aspect...I was a stress ball when ttc DS2 and DS3.....

    Have you looked into timing, abstinence, frequent release, gels and lubes? There are other things like - ions, new moon, etc but they aren't the most important part of the sway...in many peoples eyes.

    I think you're doing A LOT right for TTC a girl! Losing weight, diet coke, no exercise, coffee is ok, and a lot of yoru diet is pretty girl-friendly as well. Stress can work for you or against you, depending on circumstances, so that one is hard to know. If you feel like you're in control of that stress, that tends to sway blue, but if you're very overwhelmed that can sway pink.

    The things I would tweak would be to give up chicken, beef, healthy cereals, and prenatal vitamin. If you're doing skim dairy already, that's great. If not, I would switch from full and even reduced fat dairy (like 2 or 1%) to totally skim. You will prob. also want to switch away from whole grains to refined grains and totally drop anything containing oatmeal, like the gran bars.

    Are you planning on taking vitex or saw palmetto??

    Give up chicken, you think? I thought white meat was okay? I do only drink skim milk. Had not looked into vitex or saw palmetto yet, guess I should...

    White meat chicken (a small portion) is allowed on IG and FGD diets. But ANY protein helps maintain your muscle mass and keep your T levels higher than they should be. I prefer that people eat no more than 40-50 g of protein a day and that is hard to do if you keep chicken in there. Chicken also contains micronutrients that may sway blue.

    In the Dream Members section there is an intro to the "Low Everything" diet that I believe to be better than the FGD/IG diets. I do think it's best to give up meat all together but as with everything, that's at your discretion!
