Regular caffeinated black tea with milk

Hoping one of you girls can confirm something for me...?
Can I switch morning coffee for morning tea when skipping breakfast?
I'm in England, so it's not that Liptons stuff you Americans serve ;-) it's proper black tea, full of caffeine, with a dash of skimmed milk. I don't usually take aspartame sweetener with anything, but can do if it helps.
I'm not much of a coffee lover, but I need a hot drink in the morning. I could take Peppermint tea but it won't quite do it for me in terms of feeling satisfied/distracting me from hunger.
    TIA
    x

Anecdotally, tea seems "bluer" than coffee. I can't back it up with hard data, just my gut instinct and personal experience (got 4 boys drinking black tea every day and my girl with coffee). But around the world many millions of people start their day with a cuppa so I do not believe it can possibly be swaying that much. Certainly better than eating a full English breakfast.

Like Atomic said, I'd stick with coffee over tea when swaying girl. I was never a coffee drinker and ONLY drank green or white tea daily and ended up with 2 boys. Now I drink a double shot of espresso everyday and no tea at all!

I'm a massive tea fan (Lipton or turkey I'm sorry to say) and I have 2 sons. I swayed 3rd time around and quit tea till I conceived. I know so many tea drinkers have girls but I was willing to give that a shot. I also included cardio and LE diet in my seat. I'm now 20 weeks pregnant with a little girl

I drink lots of tea again now
