Allergy Info- Can it be added? & PCOS query
Hi Atomic,
I was wondering would it be possible for ladies that sway and post their results to add if they or DH suffer from allergies?
I thought it would be interesting to see how different a sway is if one has allergy and depending on when they are TTC (i.e. peak of allergy season or not). Not sure, but I thought this may be helpful info for ladies with allegies.
Also, when one has PCOS, what is the primary difference in their LE diet than a normal LE diet?
I don't have PCOS as far as I know, but I did gain a lot of weight during pregnancy which I managed to lose afterwards with diet.
Thanks a bunchx

The girl who does the spreadsheet just had a baby and I honestly don't know when she will be back. I think we may end up having to redo the entire thing. :/ She had told me previously that there was no more room in the formula to add anything else so I don't know if it can be added or not, but I"ll try.
The diets are quite different and you can read them here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Oh and just gaining weight in pregnancy does not indicate to me you need to be on an alternate diet.

Thank you atomic, I did gain though roughly close to 20 kilos with both pregnancies and then lost all of them afterwards within the first 6 months. I also noticed that I am snacking a lot, but I doubt I have fertility issues as I became pregnant with the first cycle we tried for both DC...
I tend to be good either at eating lots, or eating very little, lol...
Thank you also for the spreadsheet and totally understand, you have already done a great job, I was only wondering how helpful or insightful the allergy and timing might prove. And of course I know there are no magic bullets...
Thank you again

I think we're going to have to address the spreadsheet pretty quick here and that is def. something to add!! would also like to see if AF got shorter and lighter because a lot of people are telling me that.
