Can someone double check my plan before I start next week?
So my new exercise bike arrives on Friday, and I'm ready to get into my first girl sway
I'm planning the following - please shout if I'm doing something daft
- 60 mins on the exercise bike every evening (1. does it matter that it's the same kind of exercise every day? 2. should I eat before or after...?)
- LE diet, and if I cheat sometimes I will stay vegetarian and also still skip breakfast that day
- Salt rock lamp, pink clothing under our bed
- Benadryl and Rephresh
- Daily fibre and folic acid
- One attempt
- Give up tea and drink coffee with sweetener instead
I suffer with depression on and off, but I'm currently well. Should I avoid Saw Palmetto or take a chance?
- Husband won't indulge in any sway tactics himself and sadly won't give up his meat, protein shakes or vitamin/zinc supplements.... is it pointless to try with this in mind?
On the subject of diet....
- Planning to start LE diet next week... I would love to TTC in Oct but I don't know if 9-10 weeks is enough. Husband is away in Nov, so next chance would be Dec and would have been on the diet for more like 18 weeks. What would you plan on? I've always got pregnant on first cycle before, so don't want to do anything out of desperation - I'm usually very fertile!
- Planning to eat at 12pm, 5pm and 8pm - is that too close? should I only eat at midday and 7pm?
Thanks so much x

Just wanted to say HI! I recently lost 35 pounds and want to lose 5 more. I don't think it matters what type of workout you do as long as it cardio

Swaying Advice Coach
Most of our husbands did not help with sway (including mine) no worries on that.
Skip saw palmetto with depression.
I would go ahead in Oct. and that way you can drop sway
3 times a day is fine - both 2 and 3 meals is fine. I ate 3 times a day.
