I think atomic says that it won't hurt. I personally like to drink regular Pepsi with meals for empty calories.

This is one thing that has not proven to be very effective at all. I have seen people drinking frightening amounts of Crystal Light and diet drinks and getting boys doing it so it's one of those things that I feel like, if you want to use a small, sane amount it's fine (2-3 servings of 12-16 oz a day) This amount is believed safe during pregnancy. Up to you if you continue in 2ww but yes please DO continue diet!!

Why it is important to go on with diet in 2ww ? The egg and sperm met already then?

A) what if you aren't pregnant??? Our data shows very clearly that 12 weeks or more on LE Diet gets much better results than 2-4 weeks and if you go off the diet for 2 weeks a month, you're not helping your sway at all
B) additionally, the best information we have in regards of swaying shows that a low glucose environment WHILE XX fertilized eggs are developing, seems to optimize their development while a higher glucose environment is preferred by XY. So if your glucose levels get too high, theoretically this may come into the fluids in your uterus and make XX develop more slowly and/or not implant properly. (this is TOTALLY theoretical)
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
