Can you drink this?
Does anyone know if you can drink Swiss Miss Sugar free hot chocolate on this diet? Or Alpine Brand Sugar Free Apple Cider Mix. I do not like coffee. Thanks!

Personally I shy away from fake sugars because they make me feel awful. Aspartame triggers my migraines and Splenda makes me feel...weird. I think cocoa powder tends to be high in antioxidants which would be more boy friendly but if you want to have one occasionally, I think it'd be fine. I remember my mom drinking those diet packets of Swiss Miss a lot when I was a kid and having those chocolate pudding packs which also have cocoa but they were fat free (making it more girl friendly I suppose?). I don't know about the cider mix. It has more than a few calories so I'd think it would count as a meal. You don't have to drink coffee on LE. Are you just looking for something to drink in the morning before your first meal?

Sorry, I'm still new at this too so this might be totally off. But wouldn't peppermint tea be ok? Or do you like it? It's something hot at least.
I never drank coffee until a few months ago and now I drink it with flavoured creamer. It's pretty tasty!

Atomic said peppermint is fine in moderation.

If you're okay with diet drinks then I suppose you could have a diet soda or crystal light. Sometimes I have flavored sparkling water (no cals or artificial sweeteners) and the fizziness helps fill me up. I like the La Croix brand.

Yes you can, but you'd need to have anything with cals/carbs in it (more than like 5 or 10 cals) WITH a meal instead of between.
There are no forbidden foods, it's about sticking in the limits for the day and you can have those things if you like them, provided there is room in your diet for them.

Dietary amounts of pep tea are fine. (like 2-3 times a week) more than that may start to mess with ovulation and lower your chances of conception.
There is also this kind of tea, they have a few different flavors like peach and blueberry and they are all yum. I drink them at night when I'm on a diet LOL. Black Cherry Berry Herbal Tea | Celestial Seasonings They should be ok for swaying in moderation.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
