I did a 60 minute Barre class and 35 minutes on the treadmill. I could definitely go longer on the treadmill, but I started to feel guilty leaving my kids in childcare for so long.

I stole this quote from a fitness website:
"Most barre-based classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements."
I really like the class! But to sure if I get enough cardio from it, so I did the treadmill for a little bit afterwards.

When I'm having a hard day and have no motivation I think to myself ..... This isn't forever (the exercise) .... But my daughter is so I have to keep going ... Fx we get our girls

Hi girls, everyone is doing great!
I did 70 mins on the TM last night, ran for about 65, walked for 5. Literally hated every second of it!!!! It did help though imagining you guys all sweating it out too!
Considering having today off. My calves still(!) kill from the exercise DVD the other night.
Good luck all!

I had a night off last night it was soooo nice !
Feel motivated again today, so will get back on the bike later. Have seen a difference in my thighs which is great ! After ds1 was born they never fully returned to normal, definitely feel a bit more toned in the legs. Wish my mummy tummy would catch up haha!! X

I took yesterday off, but did 75 minutes on the treadmill this morning! Ran for 40 minutes and walked for 35. It always feels good to know I have it out of the way!

Well done ladies
I took today off today aswell, but I have been extreamly active, collapsing wardrobes, drawers, shelves, taking up old carpet, decorating, laying new carpet and then started building the new furniture.
The stuff I did, I got a feeling would sway blue but it had to be done.
My back is hurting now!

Well done beautifulrainbow, sounds like tough work! Do you offer a service?!?! I could do with all of those jobs being done round here!
I bit the bullet and went on the TM for 65 minutes in the end. Decided to save my 'get out of jail pass' for an evening when DH isn't around and I really, really can't face exercise!! That and the promise of a nice bottle of rose chilling in the fridge got me through!
Oh how I long for a Chinese takeaway to go with it!! (sob!)
