Evening all!!! I've not gained weight but my diet is still waayyyyy off I start well, a good 16 hour fast and only 2-3 meals throughout the day with plenty of coffee and fibre but once I start eating, I just crave shoving food into my mouth, the worse the better and just can't seem to fill myself up?!! I was managing really well with the diet before the weekend but now I just can't seem to get back on track. Right, start AGAIN tomorrow!!!! I'm on a night shift tomorrow too so that usually throws a spanner in the works....

Hi, I also find that once that first bit of food hits my mouth it's hard to stop. Think it's because I'm not feeling satisfied as it's food I don't particularly like. I had a bad day today as I made spaghetti bolognaise for my kids and had it for lunch and have just picked on chocolate and biscuits in the late afternoon instead of a meal! I am now hungry and going to have to resist grabbing something. May have a bagel once home.

I just had dinner: Rocket, falafel, hummus, tomatoes, feta, couscous, avo and a lovely glass of white Sauvignon blanc.

My lunch: I added corn to some wholegrain rice and i drizzled a little garlic oil. Had with it a side salad, drizzled balsamic and chilli oil. 3 Tortilla chips with a little hummus. Diet coke.

This sounds very similar to how I was eating when I conceived my daughter!

Brand sparkly (pink) new diet thread for GIRL sways!
Hello ladies. Just wanna say hello and thank you for sharing diet info. Have been on LE diet for 3 months now. Still struggling with how to get the protein/fat-puzzle right and add enough empty carbs to my daily kcal-intake. I keep losing weight and am now 48 kilo and BMI 17, so I am affraid of losing O. I added up kcal to 2000 daily, but I have a challenge reaching the goal without going over on fat and protein. If any of you have any tips on how to get kcal without fat and protein, please share. Thank you so much.
P.S: I already eat tons of rice, add sugar in coffee, full sugar sodas and have added full fat dairy to my diet too. What more can I do?

Hi Dreamsister, all I can think of right now is maybe add in corn on the cob at all meals seeing as it is good for just calories and low nutrients/fat/protein? It is tricky to get it right

So far today I've had: hot water, coffee with milk x2 for breakfast, butternut squash and chickpea curry with rice and mango chutney for lunch, plus a few prawn crackers randomly! Another coffee and will have dinner shortly. I've dropped my hot water with lemon and cinnamon following on from another post!x

Dream sister a handful of sweets with dinner could be some good empty carbs?
Today I skipped breakfast just had a coffee then lunch was a yoghurt and carrot sticks with hummus but also had a naughty bag of crisps and chocolate bar! Dxx
