I use it too, and lots of coke zero in between meals, few days before O I will probably try and have it less between meals just in case but I don't think that would turn the sway into a blue sway just by chewing gum in between.
Has anyone found a good brand of antihistamine to dry up class I used piritize and it didn't do anything

I had rice cakes with hummous and rocket and low fat yoghurt with a diet coke for lunch and then I gave into my cravings and had a homemade burger with salad for dinner, still loising weight slowly tho because I've stopped eating junk every nite!!!!

I like to chew chewing gum throughout the day, especially when the wee ones are eating as I don't want to pick at their food. I have had a salad with some chicken for lunch, followed by some fresh pineapple, gallons of diet coke, dinner was salad with sweetcorn and three veggie sausages, more pineapple, that is me until tomorrow lunch time! Well done everyone

Im sure i read somewhere that chewing gum makes you more hungry.. i did this too btw back in Feb when i started the LE just to help me get used to not eating when i want etc.. i just googled it:
Chewing gum stimulates the gastric juices, producing saliva. According to Faddiets.com the saliva that is produced while chewing goes down to the stomach and fools the stomach into thinking there is food to be digested, making you hungrier.
Is peanut butter more boy friendly? I have no idea but needed a change in spread x
Happy weekend ladies!

Ladies how do we keep our blood sugar low? Are we doing it by not snacking and skipping breakfast? Is that why we only have 2-3 meals? I am just trying to understand WHY we are doing the things we are doing. Because if this is the case I am thinking I should probably not have Large meals too or too many carbs.
Am I on the right track to think this?

I find my levels go low if I diet (loosing weight) exercise and try to hold off eating till lunch time. If I eat early, I don't feel the low blood sugar effect as much. When I feel like they are low, I feel quite snappy and foggy minded like I can't really concentrate. I wouldn't eat a massive meal for both lunch and dinner. I tend to get cals up with a large glass of wine at night. I tend to have just lunch at 1130am or 12, and an early tea at about 445pm as I am usually ready by then especially if I exercise in the am. No snacks helps too.
