Swaying pink and needing iron supplements
So I went vegetarian as part of my pink sway and cut out my prenatal and now find that I am suffering from pretty severe anemia. I will start taking iron but was wondering how this is going to affect my girl sway? Has anyone else become anemic during their girl sway. I definitely need the iron supplements as I am having bad symptoms: dizziness, lots of bruising, extreme fatigue, etc.
In regards to my girl sway would it be better to add in some meat to my diet or the iron supplements?? Thanks ladies for all your help!!!

Lots of people have needed iron and that is fine.
Supps are better absorbed than meat and you get the benefits you need without the negative effects to your sway.
Get 30-60 mg iron (the ones that come in hundreds of mg are hard on the stomach and aren't as well absorbed) and take it daily for 2-4 weeks, till you're feeling better, then try to reduce that to 3x a week. If you start feeling bad again when you do that, go back up to daily. Don't take it when you are having coffee or tea, and try to have something with Vit. C in it like a little orange juice when you take the pill.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
