Hypothyroid moms and TTC a girl
So, I'm really debating whether or not I should take a fiber supplement because I read that this could possibly put your thyroid levels off. I wanted to know if any of you moms with hypothyroid that ended up conceiving a girl did take the fiber. And if you also took an antihistamine. I'm concerned with that putting off my thyroid as well. And possible weight gain from it. So far ive been on the LE diet for the past two weeks and ive lost two pounds. So is the fiber really still necessary for me? And also, say I did get my thyroid checked out two weeks prior to attempt and I find out it is off, should I still attempt TTC if my doctor has to increase the dose of my thyroid medication? Thank you!

Don't take it! Just eat a lot of fruit and veg.
The antihistamine doens't even work according to our stats.
I would ask your doctor about that because I know it takes time to get medication dose just right, and it can cause miscarriage to have your thyroid off during pregnancy.
