Vitamin D from the Sun?
Since the weather is finally becoming sunny and beautiful where I live, it crossed my mind that I am spending a lot more time outside in the sun. Does being in the sun and getting extra Vitamin D naturally sway?? Thanks!

I would say no. Otherwise, there would be a significant gender imbalance in countries like Russia and Ecuador. Don't worry about it ☺

Swaying Advice Coach
When you get Vit. D from the sun your body only makes a small amount every day and then kinda "shuts down" production after that point.
I want you guys to live your lives and not stay inside being anxious about swaying all day long!!!
Don't worry about going outdoors and living a normal life. I would NOT go tanning and I would not take supplemental Vit. D unless your levels are really low.
