Gutted, LP shorter ?
The witch got me today so thats me onto 4th month trying....i had started taking Vit b6 and B-complex to help me with prog/lp which was 10-11 days long , and this month it was only 9 ?? How can that be esp while taking a supplement which actually helps lengthen most ppls??/
Anyone know of reasons which would cause a LP to suddenly shorten ?
Cannot believe its taking me this long to conceive when i caught 1st month with both my other kids. Starting to wonder if this '1 attempt' just isnt gonna work for me

I personally think B6 makes things worse with LP way more often than it helps. You can easily get pregnant with an LP of 10-11 days and I would not have suggested doing anything to fix that.
It takes fully fertile couples doing nothing to sway an average of 3-6 months to get pregnant. It's actually unusual to always fall pregnant the first month of trying.
Stop doing 1 attempt now and go to every 4 days for a few months in case you're just missing ovulation.

I just worry cause i had an early mc couple years back and im pretty positive it was due to low prog, the baby never got enough time to stick and i started spotting even before i got my bfp. The following month i took b6 and fell preg and kept the pregnancy, it was a boy! Low and behold, BUT he was healthy and made it so that was my main concern, i dont want to have another early mc due to low prog etc

B complex may mess up cycles but the real issue is that it may sway blue.
I'm sorry for your loss!! If the pregnancy is developing normally, the little bean sends a signal to your body to make more progesterone. If something wasn't developing normally, that signal is "wrong" somehow and your body stops making progesterone to allow AF to come and the pregnancy to end. People assume the short LP caused the loss but that isn't generally the case. This happens with a fair amount of regularity and it's your body's way of stopping a pregnancy that isn't going to end in a healthy baby. Virtually all of us on here have had 1-3 losses like that (I've had two) and they happen even in those of us who have had a perfectly normal LP. It is most likely that the taking B6 and having a healthy pregnancy was just a sheer coincidence, because the B6 takes months to fix LP anyway. It's the rare person who goes from short LP to normal without taking B6 for at least 3 months.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
