If you can get a prescription for Clomid, then that's about the only thing that both sways girl and encourages hyper ovulation, increasing your chances of spitting out two eggs in the one cycle.

I'm breastfeeding tho. What is clomid used for so I could get a prescription from a doctor?

Nah apparently you'd have to eat 20 truckloads of yams for them to have much effect. Clomid is a fertility drug that helps a woman ovulate. I don't know a lot about it to be honest, and I don't know if you could take it when breastfeeding.

I would say clomid is the most effective way to increase the odds of twins, as familymatters said - its a drug that stimulates ovulation and is usually taken when someone is having trouble falling pregnant or if they have very irregular periods etc. It can be quite difficult to get it from Drs without a valid reason but it depends on your individual Drs thoughts on the matter. It is also advised that you are monitored throughout your cycle if you do successfully get clomid. Goodluck with everything - I wished for twins too I took clomid but am now happily pregnant with one little girl

Oh, there's lots of other stuff you can do!
1) Be super tall,
2) Have a female relative who had twins,
3) Have like 4-5 other kids first,
4) Be close to menopause.
Hmm... ok, I guess not all of those are easily arranged. So yeah, just the Clomid then. ;-)

Clomid is the only reliable way to up odds of twins.
BUT that having been said, for reasons we do not understand, we've had a lot of twins among our pink swayers. We don't know why and it isn't even just among those on certain supps.
It's hard to get Clomid when you're breastfeeding because since it's meant to help people who are having trouble conceiving, most docs will want you to stop nursing to see if that was preventing pregnancy before they hand over the C.
The good news is, TTC when nursing may make you more likely to conceive twins anyway.

None of the DIY methods really work. My issue is that most of them may sway a bit blue as well so I hesitate to have pink swayers use them.

They have yam supps but I have NEVER seen them work, they may sway blue, they may mess up people's cycles, and I'd never use them when nursing anyway.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
