There is so much info! I was hoping to share my sway and perhaps some of you could let me know if I am on the right track or if I am missing something or i should consider something else etc. I would really appreciate it!

Looks good! I would definitely wait until July before attempting, and there is no point restricting sodium, have as much as you like. I personally would not have more than 50g fat at 1800 cals but that's me. If you are having hunger issues I'd up protein to 50g, while keeping fat more in the 40-50g range.
Oh, and I'm not sure how you will be able to know what night is the night before your Peak... I would just do one attempt at positive OPK.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Everything looks good to me but I think you should go to 3 meals.
Agree how do you know how night before peak will be?

Hi Nessa, I was also wondering how would you know night before peak? And why are you aiming for that instead of just at positive Opk? X

Is cardio 4-5 days okay? I'm not sure how strict this is supposed to be. I'm a big walker and love to walk a good 45-60 minutes but everyday can be tough.
As for DTD I will do one attempt the night I get a +OPK and will test in the afternoon. I didn't understand that when I get my +OPK it actually means O-2,O-1. I don't actually know when I O I just know I get a peak sometimes.

You can have 3 meals on LE Diet!!! 2 or 3 meals is both equally fine and acceptible. People misinterpret delaying breakfast, with "eating only 2 times a day". No. You do not need to only eat 2 times a day. Some people prefer to do it that way, but 3 is also fine. I got my girl eating 3 times a day - sometime between 10-12, then around 4-6 sometime in there, then a bedtime snack. That was what worked for ME. Do what works for YOU and don't worry about 2 vs. 3 meals.

Re cardio - we have seen good results with even as little as 4-5 days but it needs to be 60 min. not 45
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
