Amelia10 I think my attempt will be next Tuesday, am sooooooo nervous! I am tempting, using ovulation sticks and clear blue fertility monitor so opting for one attempt, excited as well. Don't think it will happen, if it does not happen this month next attempt will be August as I already have two April babies, it will give me more chance at diet and exercise, good luck and fingers crossed for us all x

Oh no, poor mulberry smurf!! What an awful situation to be facing, do tell her we are thinking of her and hope everything is as OK as it can be.
I'm away for a few days and although I'm still skipping breakfast and not snacking, I have gone mad on food tonight! Defo over on
Kcals and therefore likely to have gone over and fats and protein, I daren't even log it on MFP!!! I'll draw a line under it anyway and hopefully manage to refrain a little better tomorrow although I do have my sights set on a special brownie x

Dinner was fish, salad and garlic potatoes. My lunch was just some french fries - i couldnt be bothered to make anything else.
Some ideas Nessa:
Veggie burgers
sweet potatoe fries
Halloumi salad
Bruchetta with toppings ( tomataoe/onion mix or Avo or goats cheese & mushroom)
vegetable rice - as a side dish
Moroccan cous cous - as a side dish
falafel
mushroom tagliatelle with sprinkles of parmesan
tomatoe soup with maybe cheese and garlic bread on the side
Penne pasta with a sauce
vegetarian pies with side salad or garlic potatoes / veg
Ravioli with garlic flat bread on the side
Chilli con carne - vegatarian style
Egg free quiche with side salad
Prawn curry
Baked camembert with warmed/baked baguette

I think ill just stick to crystal light. Although I have started craving diet coke now. Honestly... I have probably had diet coke maybe 10 times my entire life. So i don't know how i would normally react.
My normal diet is drinking ONLY water, never ever ever pop or juices or alcohol or coffee or even tea. And for food, i don't eat much meat but i do eat high calorie salads. My fav was cucumber, tomato, chick peas, boiled egg, onion, olive oil, balsamic, maple syrup, garlic, fennel, croutons, sundries tomato etc. Or a famous salad in my house was sundries tomato tuna, quinoa, kale, black beans, tzatziki, hummus, green onion. I used to eat very healthy but tons of fats, proteins and calories. I am having a tough time eating the very foods I have tried to stay away from. Its like a mind game to me. I am going to try to bring some back. Like a salad with chick peas and an egg and feta would really satisfy me. its so hard for me to be satisfied without eating nutrient dense foods

LE Diet Thread
I know how you feel, Nessa. The lack of nutrition also kills me. After six months on this diet I am really tired of counting protein and fat and eating the same food and tons of vegetables and rice everyday. Specially all the empty carbs and sugar is not at all my favourite. People around me comment on how thin I am and if I am sick. I really want to get my BFP now so I can start to gain weight and eat more nutritious.
