Today I had a Bun with sandwich spread and roasted veg and a small soup. This is my staple. I want to try eating matzo and Ive started making my own bread.
(Side note... My family is big on making breads and doughs etc (Italian family so we make pizza, pasta, sauce etc) so I had some great bonding time with my mom making this bread! I told her lets leave out the salt and she was like nope you can't it won't taste good! So I convinced her and we DID leave out the salt and by her surprise it tasted pretty good still! So now my parents are adjusting their recipe (They are health nuts!)! PS: making new recipes is a big hobby of mine (I have a background in nutrition, have a huge appetite, and am Italian). I LOVE trying to create things from scratch and adjusting recipes etc. DH says I should start blogging but I just love the creativeness I get from this! Tonight I spiralled zucchini so I can add it to my spaghetti tomorrow night! So excited to see how it goes! I think maybe because I love to experiment with recipes that makes me sway blue? Who knows.
Tonight I will have a veggie Burger with my bread, and a big salad.
Just got AF so I am not feeling the best. Hoping some wine will help.

I adore cooking too and don't tend to use recipes unless I'm baking, which I don't do often as I'm a savoury girl. I love throwing things together to see what happens. Occasionally this method fails but generally it's tasty!
I did pretty well last night. Had a veggie burger in a bun with onions and salad, potato salad and BBQ sauce. Then the host mentioned he'd also cooked veggie sausages for me so popped two on my plate!! So I had them with a hot dog bun and onions. Also nibbled a few crisps and crackers before the BBQ food. So I over-ate by a couple of hundred calories I think but my estimate is that I only just went over the fat and protein levels. Feeling bloated this morning though! Not sure those vegetarian reconstituted proteins, which I'm assuming were in the burger/sausages, agree with me!

Atomic designed the diet to be as easy as possible to stick to so nothing is banned. The negative of having dairy is it takes up a lot of your fat and protein allowance for the day, that's why it's better to get these from vegetarian sources as you get to eat more food in comparison. Does that make sense?

calcium swaying pink is a matter of debate. many of us, myself included, got BOYS while doing calcium and lots of dairy and so we have a hard time believing in it.
A high nutrient diet sways blue, so since dairy is chock full of nutrients, if you believe in calcium swaying pink (which is totally up to you, of course) it's better to take calcium supplements instead of ingesting massive amounts of dairy. you can have SOME dairy, but it's not a free food and you have to count it in your limits for the day.
Here is a short version of the LE Diet that we use here. You can blend this with the mineral diets by taking calcium in supplement form and limiting sodium. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...l-version.html

So today I've had a pack of pasta-n-sauce with some low fat garlic bread and some leftover new potatoes. For dinner tonight I'm planning on two veggie fajitas using Weight Watchers wraps and wine :-)

Hello ladies. I've finally started the diet, so I'm going to start reading your meal ideas! Today was the first day I skipped breakfast. It was only hard for an hour and then I sort of forgot the hunger. Had a quinoa salad with spinach and broccoli in it, some mushrooms, and fried green beans for lunch. Supper will probably be a veggie gumbo on rice (kidney beans, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes) with a bunch of fruit for dessert.
