Some days I can do it no probs, other days I'm like a flipping eating machine and physically cannot stop!!! I was using dried and fresh fruit for my sweet tooth but realised, after cutting wheat from my diet, that fruit was the culprit of all my symptoms, not the wheat, so that has to stop!x

Had a delicious goats cheese, tomatoes salad covered in a selection of seeds and balsamic vinegar, for dinner I'm getting a treat take away which is a prawn dish with noodles and diet coke!

About running for cardio- is it okay to run and walk for the hour? I enjoy running, but am still building up endurance. So I run some then walk some then run some and so on for an hour.

Anything as long as it's an hour. Evne if it's entirely walking, it's ok.

My heart rate is always up a bit and lower a bit as I vary what I do at the gym for intensities.
Urgh I've got a few spots along my right jaw line and near my ear, right side only and face looks suddenly greasy today! Have been eating a few small chocolates and more white grains than whole grains but why just the right side? Does that indicate something with right ovary maybe??
I had a pitta bread with small amount of Parmasan and salad and some quaver crisps. Some white chocolate.
White rolls with margarine and salad cream, watsit crisps and another pack of white chocolate buttons, strawberries and yoghurt.
Had crisps today which I don't usually have but had to grab something and kept me within goals for today
