Girlieplease I really hope its the month for you, Id had enough by this month and we went on holiday and was gutted I couldn't enjoy nice food.
I tend to not do the exercise every day in the 2ww as I just need a break from it at some point.
I used a very sensitive 10hcg test which is probably why I got a positive at 10dpo.
We ended up doing a 2 or 3 day cut off as ended up having 3 or 4 days of positive opks!

3sacharm, hope you get a positive. I had lots of aches in the ovaries and womb area from 7 dpo that I thought maybe I was having a delayed ovulation and still feel crampy so pre-af cramps could also be implantation cramps. I was also suddenly tearful and tired yesterday.

Sending some babydust to you all!

Bit nervous about how to eat just in case I end up with a chemical or early miscarriage as then I wouldnt want to wait 3 months to ttc again so I think Ill still try and eat alot of girl friendly foods and just add in fish and chicken.

Will make it over to the due date groups soon too :-)

    Hi all
So on my 3rd week of exercise, which is just brisk walking for 60 mins every day- (with my 2yr old) This am the weather was horrendous so i attempted a cardio dvd which my toddler was having none of! So i had to stop after 7 minutes!! I might try pick it up again this evening when he is asleep! Aarg! I have not lost nor put on weight since i started LE in Feb, my weight has remained the same. How long did it take you guys to start shifting the weight whilst exercising? Im a little concerned that im ttc July and my exercise has been pretty dismal!

Happy with my crew and no more are due xx

Are you on the normal LE diet or the pcos one? If the former yoy might need to read up on the pcos one as I've done LE three times now, aiming for 1600 cals, and always lost weight every week! And I wasn't exercising though so as I'm doing the 60mins this time I'm aiming for 1700. I've been on it two weeks and have lost three pounds even with a cheat day.

I'm on normal LE. I've read a bit of the pcos and it felt more complicated for me.. if I did change tho would 2/3 weeks be enough as my attempt time is fast approaching?

Chocolate I have been wondering this,I am keen to eat differently, I would be so devastated to have a chemical or a miscarriage, with the chemical it happens pretty soon so I think there would not be enough time to do any real damage diet wise. With a miscarriage, swaying after a miscarriage sways pink so I wondered if that would override the damage done with a more relaxed diet? People start prenatal as soon as they get a bfp so I think some looseness in diet and exercise should be OK? Thoughts anyone? X

Maybe just swap some of your fast burning carbs for slow burning ones?

I remember that too well! Starting LE while BF DS3 was a bad choice for me as I weaned him two months in and four months later I still hadn't had a period! So had to drop the diet to get my cycles back, then go on LE again!!
