So soon beautiful rainbow how exciting. My exercise has not been great in the 2 ww, af is going to hit anytime so planning to get back into tonight, do my video and try and run tomorrow, any tips that help af start? I thought exercise might have been a solution but no, and I get the inconvenience of a period, yeah. Good luck everyone. How you feeling about your scan beautiful rainbow? X

I just had three days in a row of hitting my 60 minutes. Wednesday was the gym, Thursday I biked home from work, Friday was a holiday here so we went for a walk in the park while my older boy rode his bike. Not sure how I'll get it in today as my MIL is visiting. Maybe she'll be up for a walk with our dogs...
How is everyone doing?

Thank you, we did! I had a little bread for starter and then gnocchi in pesto for my main, with Italian wine of course :-) I've definitely gone over my calories but not too bad on fat or protein really.

I did 6 mile run yesterday and an hour of cardio tonight, feeling down about not been successful this month. Atomic looked at my cycle and she said my timing was good, just not my month. I feel the exercise is easier for me than the diet! Well done everyone, keep up the good work x

Hello ladies. I am back in this thread after two weeks without exersice. I have been pregnant but unfortunately the embryo did not grow so here I am back to square one. I am currently waiting for MC-bleed to begin but it can take up to two weeks because my HCG-level is still quite high. I feels like ages since I have had my running shoes on. It has been a relief not to have to do 6 times cardio a week. I now realise how big effort it actually is and what a puzzle it is to fit in 60 fucking minutes six days a week besides a full time job, 3 kids and a big house. I am not sure I will be able to do six a week this time so I will aim for 4 times a week and cross my fingers that this is enough to sway pink. Happy that I have you to keep me motivated.
3 beautiful
& now pregnant with a baby girl due June 2017
Thank you everyone in this site and in particular Atomic for amazing support during
my sway. I am for ever grateful.

Sorry to hear Dreamsister. I agree, it is such hard work to fit 6x60 mins in between three small kids, school commitments, work and heaps of housework. I totally get it, I've only been doing the exercise for 3 weeks and it's a serious juggle. 60 mins is a really long time! On the weekends when my husband can mind the kids I go for a walk/run (I do about 8kms, 3-4 of that is running), but being winter here in Australia it is really dark in the morning and night so that isn't an option during the week. I bought a cheap exercise bike and I get up at 5:30am and do 30 mins on the bike, and then a 30 min work out video on YouTube (I love Les Mills Body Combat) a few times a week, and then I'll try to go once a week to a cardio class run by mums who have a child minding facility. And then there are just days when I don't get time to exercise because that's just life.
