I only do baby aspirin but on my last sway (which did not work) I took both. I only do not take cranberry due to the extra nutrients I am trying to avoid while on the LE Diet.

They tell people to take both baby aspirin and cranberry on the IG site and I feel that is very dangerous advice because it was and still is causing people to have very severe bruising, heavy AF, and bleeding issues (even just one or the other can cause bruising and heavy AF!!). Blood thinners can cause life-threatening bleeding in the brain and stomach, esp. in younger women, and especially especially when taken with Sudafed which is something else they tell people to take on that site that I feel is too dangerous.
I prefer people only take baby aspirin (and use aspartame if they want to) for acidity because it works just as well as cranberry does and it doesn't have the additional nutrients of cranberry, plus it does not cause the awful headaches that cranberry causes. And I also prefer that people take Zyrtec and/or Benedryl for drying up CM rather than Sudafed, and 100% for sure, do not mix Sudafed with either cranberry or baby aspirin.!!! Questions??
