    Bread...

Do we have to totally avoid brown/wholemeal bread if TTC pink? Is it as bad as eating wholegrain breakfast cereal?
Is white bread ok to have?

No, you don't. White vs. wholegrain is a huge gray area, with things pointing both directions about how it might sway, and while we originally started off thinking that even small amounts of nutrient differences like wheat vs. white bread woud sway, they haven't seemed to and we get good results with our PCOSers using solely whole grains for pink.

Cereal is different because cereal has tons and tons of added nutrients in it and is basically like taking a vitamin.

Some people may need to limit or avoid white bread if htey have PCOS or insulin resistance.

    Bread...

Thanks atomic! Thought wholegrain would have too many vitamins and nutrients in, but will stick with it if it's fine x

That's what we originally thought but it doesn't seem to work that way. Looking more and more like it's the protein, fat, cals, possibly Vit. D and B6 and 12, plus high levels of added fortified vitamins that are really swaying strong. Whole grains have fiber (that seems to sway pink on its own) and also chemical components that block absorption of nutrients too. SOOO while we simply do not have enough data to be able to say "yes this vs. that" there is def. evidence that whole grains can be a part of a pink sway.
