    If you use full fat milk or even cream, there are next to no carbs even IN that tho. It burns off quick. 1/2 c whole milk only has 6 g carbs in it and you'd burn thru that in just a minute or two. It won't cause that big rise that something carbier does.

    I think i am going to try to switch to just using 1-2 tab of heavy cream, that's only 50 cals and it's all from fat, no carbs or protein. I am usually under on fat anyway so that will help my totals. and it's super creamy tasting!
